"Never Book Again Through this company!"
I booked a room on the wrong date within 3 minutes I called them and told them what I had done. They refused to change the dates for me nor would they give me a refund! Never have I ran into this. Expedia Booking. Com and Priceline would have immediately corrected this! The representative would not let me speak to a supervisor either. Of course the phone center is not in the USA either. Never again trust me no matter how good the deal is.

"Company Sucks"
This company sucks. I used the app to make a booking for a particular date. The app didn't take the update instead, it used the date that was already stored when you opened the app. I was not able to get my refund or change the date, instead i had to go and book it with another company because your not gonna steal my money twice.

That being said this review is pointless because management won't change or gove me back my money

"Not what we paid for!"
In Aug of 2022 we booked a Swim Out room at a very nice resort for April 2023, upon arrival we where told that the agency booked us into a third floor tropical view room and did not have anymore swim out rooms available for our 5 night stay. This agency has not resolved this issue and we're out over $1000 in the difference in room costs. Will not email back, and you'll only get a very pleasant customer service operator on the phone who has no power to help you and only makes note of your complaint.

"DON'T BOOK WITH SUPERTRAVEL"
I made a reservation and apparently the payment didn't go through, it was not appearing for the hotel but my bank account was charged by this 3rd party app. When I contacted the supertravel agents they all kept saying "this will be escalated give us 20 minutes". They said that in 5 separate occasions. I waited a total of 2 and a half hours at the lobby for the issue to be fixed. After they fixed the problem they said they'll give me 20% credit for the next reservation through them, but who in their right mind would book again with this horrible site? I wouldn't, never again.

"Horrible Company"
Gave this company $149 of my hard earned money, got to the hotel, and they had no reservation from this site.
Called Supertravel and was on hold for over an hour.
Ended up having to purchase another room at the front desk.
Super travel called me hours later, and said I would get a refund in 3 to 5 days. Never got it, but did get a $29 "site credit" with them. (Like I would ever use it...not!)
Do NOT use this site. They will steal your money, and you'll have to do what I did and call your bank to report the transaction as fraud!
Fair warning...don't ever use this site. Save yourself the headache and use a legit booking company.

"Customer Service is awful"
They make you state off the booking number your given, your full name, the check in and check out dates AND the hotel name all to "verify" the booking every time you call.

The customer service rep hung up on me after telling me they didn't receive an email from the hotel stating that I could be refunded (after they told me I needed an email from the hotel to them to get refunded) and I had to call them 3 separate times just to confirm that they received an email and the booking could be cancelled.

They told me they could cancel the booking originally if the hotel received an email stating I could get it refunded, and then 3 calls later after being ignored and told they received no email they finally "found" the email that was sent to them and THEN claimed there was a $30 fee to cancel through them.

After I asked them where in their policy there was a fee like that and where I agreed to pay that fee if I were to cancel originally they told me that they would "waive it just this one time"

They're just a stupid middleman company looking to get any money they can out of you. And me frantically trying to get a listing refunded after being told I could and then getting hung up on because they don't want to deal with refunding me is shady as hell.

"Horrible service"
Booked two nights through super travel. Had to cancel and was told in order to receive a refund I had to get written documentation from the hotel approving the refund. I contacted the General manager of the hotel and got the document that included everything super travel requested. Super travel states that document is not valid but won't tell me why. Tried calling in cause I was getting the run around on the chat. I was called number 83 and after 1.5 hours I was called 57. Still haven't gotten anywhere. B_*******

"Fraudulent booking company"
This company is a bunch of frauds. Don't charge what is shown at checkout. I was supposed to be charged $196.84 for 2 nights but instead get changed $252.96 Tried to call and request a call back. Heard nothing back. Then tried to chat on their website. They wouldn't even look at what I was trying to talk to them about. Fraudulent scam company. They need to be shut down. My first and last time using them.

"Do not use this booking!"
I went to their site and it quoted me a $93.00 1 night stay. Unfortunately it was for the prior day.I tried to call customer service to rectify it said I could make no adjustments or cancel.Must have been in the three page disclosure of which I only got to view 1 page and that was nowhere on it.So bee very careful of what you think is a deal and if it's to good then it's not.

"Worst Travel Site On The Web"
If I could give 0 stars, I would say everything that could be wrong with the booking happened. Double charged by Supertravel, the hotel didn't have a booking upon check-in, and customer service was unreachable to solve issues. Like most people, I saw the prices on their site and was interested as they appeared to be consistently lower than other sites. However, this company is such a scam. I was double charged for my booking, and after waiting on hold for 5 hours to speak to their customer service, their phone service disconnected my call when I got to the front of the queue. This site is entirely unethical and offers no security or assurances for your booking. Worst travel site on the web, pay the extra $20 and buck on an accurate site.

"Horrible Service"
This is a scam company. Do not use them. You cannot speak directly to anyone. They charged my card unauthorized. Was told via text I would receive a call from representative and call was never received

"Worst travel site ever"
Travel is expensive; sometimes things change and flexibility is required. Forget that here. They give you a refund window and its short. If you need to change; out of luck.
I'm not using them again. I lost my job; explained to the customer service. No compassion for a reason to accommodate an exception to their policy.

Update: they did give me a refund. Maybe they are decent people after all. I'll update once my credit has arrived

"Terrible customer support"
The basically keep giving you cannoned answers and are not helpful at all.
My wife had some health issues during our travel and the hotels were happy to help but super travel was not. The refuse to get in touch with the hotels like Expedia ou Hotel.com always do and didn't refund us.

Won't be using the service anymore
