"Never Use This Company Again!"
I reserved a room for the wrong date, and within just 3 minutes, I reached out to them to explain my mistake. They flat out refused to adjust the dates or provide a refund! I've never experienced anything like this before. Companies like Expedia and Priceline would have sorted this out right away! Plus, the rep wouldn’t even let me talk to a supervisor. And, of course, the call center isn’t based in the USA. Trust me, don’t fall for the deals; it’s not worth it.

"Terrible Experience with This Company"
This company is the worst. I tried using the app to book for a specific date, but it didn’t register the update. Instead, it just went with the date that was already saved when I opened it. I couldn’t get my refund or switch the date, so I had to go and book with another company because I’m not letting them take my money again.

Honestly, this review feels useless since management isn’t going to change anything or give me my cash back.

"Company Sucks"
This company sucks. I used the app to make a booking for a particular date. The app didn't take the update instead, it used the date that was already stored when you opened the app. I was not able to get my refund or change the date, instead i had to go and book it with another company because your not gonna steal my money twice.

That being said this review is pointless because management won't change or gove me back my money

"Not what we expected!"
Back in August 2022, we reserved a Swim Out room at a lovely resort for our trip in April 2023. But when we got there, we were informed that the agency had put us in a third-floor tropical view room instead, and there were no Swim Out rooms left for our five-night stay. This agency hasn’t sorted out this problem, and we’re out over a grand due to the price difference in rooms. They won’t respond to emails, and when you call, you just get a super nice customer service rep who can’t actually do anything to help, just takes down your complaint.

"AVOID SUPERTRAVEL AT ALL COSTS"
I made a booking and it seems like the payment didn’t go through; the hotel didn’t see it, but my bank account got charged by this third-party app. When I reached out to the supertravel reps, they kept saying, "this will be escalated, just give us 20 minutes." They repeated that five times! I ended up waiting for two and a half hours in the lobby for them to sort it out. Once they finally resolved the issue, they offered me a 20% credit for my next booking with them. But honestly, who in their right mind would use this terrible site again? Not me, never again.

"Terrible Experience with This Company"
I handed over $149 of my hard-earned cash to this company, only to arrive at the hotel and find out they had no booking from this site. I called Supertravel and was stuck on hold for more than an hour. In the end, I had to buy another room at the front desk. Hours later, Supertravel finally got back to me, claiming I’d receive a refund in 3 to 5 days. Never saw that refund, but they did throw a $29 'site credit' my way. Like I’d ever use that...no way! Seriously, steer clear of this site. They’ll take your money, and you’ll end up doing what I had to do—contacting your bank to report it as fraud! Just a heads up...avoid this site at all costs. Save yourself the trouble and go with a reputable booking service.

"Terrible Customer Support Experience"
Every time I called, they made me repeat the booking number, my full name, check-in and check-out dates, plus the hotel name just to 'verify' my reservation.

One of the reps actually hung up on me after saying they hadn’t received an email from the hotel about my refund, even though they had previously told me I needed that email to get my money back. I had to ring them up three times just to make sure they acknowledged the email and that my booking could be canceled.

Initially, they said they could cancel it if the hotel sent an email confirming my refund, but after three frustrating calls where they claimed they hadn’t received anything, they finally 'found' the email. Then, out of nowhere, they hit me with a $30 cancellation fee.

When I asked where that fee was mentioned in their policy or where I agreed to it, they said they’d 'waive it just this one time.'

Honestly, they’re just a ridiculous middleman trying to squeeze every penny out of customers. It’s super shady how they handled my refund request, especially after promising I could get it back and then hanging up on me.

"Terrible Customer Support"
I booked a couple of nights via super travel. Had to cancel, and they told me I needed to get a written approval from the hotel for a refund. I reached out to the hotel’s General Manager and got the necessary document that had all the info super travel asked for. But super travel claims that document isn’t valid and won’t explain why. I tried calling because I was getting the runaround on the chat. I was number 83 in line, and after an hour and a half, I was down to 57. Still no resolution. B_*******

"Scam Booking Service"
This company is a total scam. The price at checkout isn’t what you end up paying. I was meant to pay $196.84 for two nights, but they hit me with a charge of $252.96 instead. I attempted to call and ask for a callback, but got no response. Then I tried chatting on their site, and they wouldn’t even consider my concerns. This is a fraudulent operation that needs to be put out of business. This was my first and last experience with them.

"Avoid This Booking Service!"
I checked out their website and it showed a price of $93.00 for a one-night stay. Sadly, that was for the day before. I attempted to reach customer support to fix the issue, but they told me I couldn't make any changes or cancel. I must have missed that in the lengthy disclosure, as I only managed to see one page, and it definitely wasn't mentioned there. So, be super cautious about what seems like a good deal; if it looks too good to be true, it probably is.

"The Most Frustrating Travel Website"
If I could rate this site with zero stars, I would. Everything that could go wrong with my booking did. I got charged twice by Supertravel, the hotel had no record of my reservation when I arrived, and I couldn't reach customer service to sort things out. Like many folks, I was drawn in by the prices on their site, which seemed to be lower than others. But honestly, this company is a total scam. I ended up being charged twice for my reservation, and after being on hold for five hours just to talk to someone, they hung up on me right when I was about to get through. This site is completely unethical and provides no security or guarantees for your bookings. It's the worst travel site out there; just spend an extra $20 and go with a reliable one.

"The Most Frustrating Travel Site"
Travel can really hit the wallet hard; sometimes plans shift and you need to be adaptable. Not the case with this site. They offer a refund period, but it's way too brief. If you want to make changes, you're pretty much out of luck.
I won't be using them again. I lost my job and tried to explain my situation to customer service. They showed zero understanding when it came to bending their rules.
Update: They did end up giving me a refund. Maybe they’re not all bad after all. I’ll let you know when my credit comes through.

"Awful customer service"
They just keep throwing canned responses your way and aren’t helpful whatsoever. My wife faced some health problems while we were traveling, and the hotels were more than willing to assist, but super travel? Not a chance. They won’t reach out to the hotels like Expedia or Hotel.com usually do, and we didn’t get our money back. I’m done with this service.
